Any member of the Class may apply to opt out. By opting out, you will not be represented by Prof Rodger and you will not be able to receive a payment from the proceedings if money becomes available in due course. However, you may be able to bring your own separate claim against the Defendants for the same issues.

How to Opt Out

When writing to the Tribunal you must include the reference "Case 1673/7/7/24 Professor Barry Rodger v Alphabet Inc and others".
