Opting out of the Settlement

The Competition Appeal Tribunal approved the settlement between Professor Rodger and Google on 16 September 2026. Details of the settlement can be found here.

If you are a Represented Person, you may choose to opt out of the settlement by 18 January 2027. If you opt out, you will not be bound by the settlement and will not be eligible to receive a payment from it. For more information, see the settlement approval notice, here.
